ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Taco Bell is celebrating Taco Tuesday with a new $5 Taco Discovery Box available exclusively on Tuesdays.

The $5 meal is available nationwide on “Taco Tuesdays” from April 23 to June 4. The offer includes a new Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, a crunchy taco, a Doritos Locos Taco and a medium fountain drink.

It offer is also being promoted with a star-studded ad campaign featuring LeBron James and Jason Sudeikis.

Last year’s Taco Tuesday liberation was only the start, and now it’s on us to provide our fans with new innovations, experiences and value-driven offerings that continue to make Taco Bell a part of their Tuesday routines,” said Taylor Montgomery, the chief marketing officer at Taco Bell, in a statement included with a press release.

Taco Bell is capitalizing on this “Taco Tuesday” promotion after winning a trademark dispute over over the phrase, with Taco John’s formally relinquishing its claim across 49 states. Gregory’s Restaurant & Bar, an eatery which held rights to the phrase in New Jersey, also forfeited its claim in 2023.

Available exclusively on Taco Tuesdays from April 23 through June 4, the new $5 Taco Discovery Box, unites Taco Bell’s most iconic tacos: the Crunchy Taco, the Doritos® Locos Taco and the brand-new Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, plus a medium fountain drink, to deliver value, variety and craveability in one simple bundle.
