(NewsNation) — Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, attorney for a Sean “Diddy” Combs accuser, revealed horrific details about an alleged rape committed by the rap mogul against one of her clients.

“My client was raped by Mr. Combs, his bodyguard, and friend who invited my client to his home to set up this whole situation,” Mitchell-Kidd said Monday on “Banfield.” “The details are graphic, and the complaint lays out all of the details. … She was finally able to get away after the gruesome attack.”

Combs allegedly threatened the victim “with a knife” and then started squirting a “liquid substance” that was “some type of lubricant or oil” before the attack. Mitchell-Kidd went on to explain how body oils can be used as a “conduit” to administer the drug “GHB” during alleged sexual assaults.

Mitchell-Kidd and her client plan to file a lawsuit against Combs this week.

The music producer was indicted last month on three felony charges after months of speculation surrounding a possible federal investigation that could be connected to a slew of civil lawsuits alleging abuse and sexual assault by multiple victims spanning over 30 years.

Since the indictment, several high-profile voices have spoken out against Combs, and another alleged victim has come forward, bringing the 11th lawsuit filed against him.

Following his arrest, Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, issued a statement asking the public to reserve judgment until all the facts are in and noting that Combs has cooperated with the investigation.

“He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal,” he said.
