(NewsNation) — Ashton Brady, a neighbor to a Kansas City crime scene, recorded video the moment investigators arrived at Jordan Willis’ home, about 10 minutes after Clayton McGeeney’s fiancée discovered three men’s bodies in the backyard and called 911.
McGeeney, David Harrington and Ricky Johnson were found dead outside the Kansas City home of their friend Willis, two days after they had gathered there to watch a Chiefs game.
“The police searched the house, went to the backyards, everything, and I had no idea what had happened,” Brady said. “The next morning I saw the news. I just was kind of in disbelief. … I watched that happen.”
In video Brady obtained, Willis can be seen handcuffed and detained by police on his front stoop while being asked questioned.
Police haven’t determined a cause of death but at this point, they say they don’t suspect foul play, leaving many to speculate online that drugs have played a role in the deaths. Investigators are waiting for a toxicology report.
Willis’ attorney claims he fell asleep after saying goodbye to his friends and remained unaware his friends’ bodies were laying outside his house for two days. He added that Willis is heartbroken over his friends’ deaths.
Jennifer Marquez, Harrington’s mother told NewsNation she had a message for Willis.
“I believe Jordan does know. And I’m asking Jordan to please come forward and tell the truth because he does know what happened that night…He’s the only one that can give all of our families some peace.”
Investigators say they don’t suspect murder.
