LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Adele announced she is postponing all of her March shows for her Las Vegas residency.
The singer posted a statement on the social media platform X Tuesday evening, saying she needs to “take a beat and pause” her residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
She said she was sick during the last leg of her residency and all the way through her break. She explained that she didn’t get the chance to get back to full health and has now fallen sick again.
“And so on doctors orders I have no choice but to rest thoroughly,” she wrote.
The postponed dates are listed below:
- March 1 and March 2
- March 8 and March 9
- March 15 and March 16
- March 22 and March 23
- March 29 and March 30

“Sadly I have to take a beat and pause my Vegas residency. I was sick at the end of the last leg and all the way through my break. I hadn’t quite gotten the chance to get back to full health before shows resumed and now I’m sick again, and unfortunately it’s taken a toll on my voice. And so on Doctors orders I have no choice but to rest thoroughly, The remaining 5 weekends of the leg are being postponed to a later date. We are already working out the details and you will be sent the information asap.”
