(NEXSTAR) — Vanessa Hudgens debuted her baby bump on the Oscars red carpet Sunday.
The 35-year-old actress is expecting her first child with husband, MLB shortstop Cole Tucker, according to reports from People, TMZ, and Entertainment Tonight.
Hudgens, best known for her roles in “High School Musical” and “Spring Breakers,” married Tucker back in December 2023. The couple tied the knot in front of about 100 friends and family in Tulum, Mexico, Hudgens revealed in an exclusive interview with Vogue.
“It was genuinely the most magical weekend of my life. I am so grateful that we got to have a private wedding, and it helped that I took everyone’s phones away,” she told the magazine. “I knew it was going to be magical, but it exceeded my expectations.”
Tucker proposed to Hudgens near the Eiffel Tower in Paris in February 2023 after three years of dating, according to the Vogue article.
Following her pregnancy reveal, countless fans have congratulated Hudgens on social media.
“I grew up with her on my screen to seeing her now happily married and pregnant is soo emotional for me,” one user posted on X, formerly Twitter.
Hudgens is co-hosting the Oscars’ official pre-show with Julianne Hough. The actual awards ceremony kicks off at 7 p.m. EDT on ABC, and Jimmy Kimmel is back as host.
