Vice President Kamala Harris has been trying to connect with Black male voters, even rolling out policy proposals aimed at that group. Black Voter Project Director Christopher Towler says Harris is not lacking support from the Black community or Black men since becoming the presidential nominee. “On Balance” host Leland Vittert speaks with Towler about why, if that’s the case, Harris is making such an effort aimed at that demographic.
