Bill O’Reilly: Female vote ‘crucial’ for Donald Trump

(NewsNation) — The New York Post wrote an editorial warning Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and his running mate JD Vance to “tread carefully” when it comes to how they speak about women.

“All signs point to a tight race in November, and the GOP ticket is already behind with women,” the Post’s editorial board wrote. “In five battleground states, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, Harris leads by 9 points or more with the ladies.”

Noting that women are registered to vote at higher rates than men, the New York Post said that Trump should stop “hurling derogatory nicknames and ad hominem insults at his foes,” specifically Vice President and presumptive Democratic nominee Kamala Harris.

Conservative commentator Bill O’Reilly said on “Morning in America” that in the previous two presidential elections, Trump lost women, so they are “crucial” to him this time.

“Trump doesn’t really get any votes by calling his opponent dumb as a rock,” O’Reilly said. “I mean, why bother? Right? So whether Donald Trump will take that advice or not, nobody knows because he pretty much does what he wants to do.”
