WINCHESTER, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Winchester woman is facing charges after hosting a birthday party for her son that 10 other high school students attended on Aug. 7.
According to court documents, 48-year-old Rebecca Boyd was questioned at her home by authorities on the night of Aug. 7 into the early hours of Aug. 8 after all 11 high school students, including her son, had “consumed significant amounts of alcohol.”
Boyd allegedly told authorities she knew the students were drinking, and that she took “most of their car keys,” according to a uniform citation.

Authorities said videos were found from the night of Aug. 7 that showed high school students playing “beer pong and at least one child passed out” in the front yard of Boyd’s home.
Boyd was charged with 11 counts of third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
