(NewsNation) — A Michigan judge was left dumbfounded when a man who was appearing before court on a suspended license was seen on Zoom behind the wheel of a vehicle.
The trial, which took place in Ann Arbor, Michigan. on May 15, involved a man named Corey Harris.
After introducing herself, the assistant public defender stated that “Mr. Harris should be [present] via Zoom,” and almost on cue, Harris joined the call.
Harris’ bond was revoked, and he was ordered to turn himself in to the Washtenaw County Jail that evening.
