(NewsNation) — Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his brother, retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, are taking their “New Heights” podcast to Amazon’s Wondery under a three-year deal that gives the company exclusive advertising sales and distribution rights.
The financial terms of the deal weren’t immediately available, though reports estimate it is worth more than $100 million.
Though his relationship with Grammy Award-winning pop star Taylor Swift boosted the NFL’s number of fans and Americans’ spending on football, Travis Kelce’s wealth has increased throughout his 11-year NFL career.
So, what’s his net worth?
Net worth is the value of the assets a person owns minus the liabilities they owe. Here’s a closer look at Travis Kelce’s wealth, which currently stands at $90 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
Travis Kelce’s NFL contract
Travis Kelce is currently on a two-year, $34.25 million deal that averages $17.1 million per season, making him the highest-paid tight end in the NFL annually, according to the NFL. He’s under contract through 2025 and received a $4 million raise this year.
Travis Kelce’s brand deals and investments
Travis Kelce also has several lucrative endorsement deals with Bud Light, Nike, Pfizer, State Farm, McDonald’s and many more.
In all, he’s thought to have made $5 million per year from these sponsorships, according to Forbes.
Additionally, he’s invested in several companies, including Cholula Hot Sauce, rowing machine company Hydrow and ThePlayersTV, an athlete-owned media network.
Travis Kelce’s hosting and producing deals
Wondry announced Tuesday that the deal with the Kelce brothers includes the back catalog of podcast content and exclusive rights to monetize and distribute audio and video episodes.
However, the podcast isn’t Travis Kelce’s only hosting gig.
He will host Amazon Prime Video’s game show “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?” which is a spinoff of Fox’s “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” The show premieres in October.
In addition to hosting, Kelce will make his acting debut in Ryan Murphy’s upcoming horror series, “Grotesquerie,” though it’s not clear who he’s playing.
Additionally, he’s trying his hand at making movies as executive producer of the upcoming war dramedy, “My Dead Friend Zoe,” which premiered at the SXSW festival in March.
In 2016, he appeared on his own reality dating show on E! called “Catching Kelce.“
Travis Kelce’s real estate
Several outlets report Travis Kelce’s most recent real estate purchase was a $6 million mansion in the Kansas City suburb of Leawood, Kansas, complete with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, a golf course and an outdoor kitchen, all set on over 3 acres of land.
