GRAND JUNCTION, Col. (WTVO) — Grand Junction Police arrested Shenting Guo, 32, for allegedly stabbing a man and cutting off his penis.

On Tuesday, around 9 p.m., police responded to the 600 block of Woodsping Suites for a call about an unresponsive man. The suspect told police they were arguing when the argument escalated and she stabbed him in the leg, according to The Daily Sentinel.

“She said she was not trying to kill him, but admitted to stabbing him because she was ‘so angry,’ “ the affidavit stated.

After she cut off the victim’s penis, she went to the City Market nearby and bought rubbing alcohol, antibiotics and beer, but forgot bandages, according to the affidavit. She claimed she went to the store because the man did not seem to be in pain, police said.

When the victim told her he might die, she gave him ibuprofen, Propel Gatorade and “greens” but quickly his eyes became lifeless, according to the affidavit.

Guo is being charged with second-degree murder is being held in the Mesa County Detention Facility on a $1 million cash bond.

Her court date is May 22nd.
