Fight over mifepristone: The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Thursday to reject a lawsuit challenging the Food and Drug Administration’s regulation of the abortion medication mifepristone, which has been widely available for more than 20 years. Missing: Saturday will mark three years since then-5-year-old Summer Wells vanished from a small Tennessee town without a trace. On June 15, 2021, Summer Wells’ parents said she was helping her mom and grandmother plant flowers before going inside their home to play with her toys. Then, Summer Wells disappeared. Her family believes she may have been abducted, but authorities said there is no evidence of that. “I know in my heart and in my mind she was abducted,” Don Wells, Summer Wells’ father, told NewsNation. “Someone snuck up there and we were not exactly paying attention.” While the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation continues to investigate the child’s disappearance, authorities have still not found Summer Wells. TikTok: As Mica Miller’s family calls for more investigations into her death that happened as she was pursuing a divorce, her husband John-Paul Miller shared a TikTok video claiming he has more than “350 pieces of proof” regarding Mica Miller’s death. “You’re going to be shocked at some of the things that Mica says.
