Trump rally shooting: Multiple Secret Service failures before the July 13 assassination attempt targeting former President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania were “foreseeable, preventable, and directly related to the events resulting in the assassination attempt that day,” a Senate investigation released Wednesday said.
