(NewsNation Now) — The case against Kyle Rittenhouse seems to have major problems. The prosecution rested its case Tuesday against the now 18-year-old accused of shooting three people, two fatally, in Wisconsin during the 2020 unrest after the killing of George Floyd.

Wisconsin-based criminal defense attorney Julius Kim and legal analyst for Law & Crime network Julie Rendleman weigh in.

One of the 13 Republicans who voted “yes” on the infrastructure bill, New York U.S. Rep. Tom Reed, joins the show to talk about some of the backlash he’s received.

Kim joins us again to talk about Travis Scott possibly deleting a tweet to fans after the Astroworld tragedy. Could he be charged with evidence tampering?

Houston Fire Chief Samuel Peña is also here to discuss the the crowd surge that left eight people dead.

On tonight’s police body camera segment, the show looks at what happened when a gunman tired to hide from officers in a dumpster. Retired Tulsa police Lt. Sean “Sticks” Larkin joins us to break down the video.
