(NewsNation) — Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib recently criticized Israel for what she called is an “apartheid government,” prompting backlash from some of her colleagues.
Jack Crowe, an editor at National Review, said comments like the ones from Tlaib are a disturbing trend, and representatives who serve in deep blue or deep red districts have more leeway to “play footsie” with extreme elements in their party.
