(NewsNation) — Taylor Swift, omnipresent pop star and noted Kansas City Chiefs fan, sold her Dassault Falcon 900 private jet last month, Federal Aviation Administration records show.

The plane, which Swift acquired in 2009, is listed at $44 million new, according to Business Jet Traveler.

The sale leaves Swift with a single private jet, a Dassault Falcon 7X that seats about 12 passengers and has a normal range of around 6,850 miles.

Swift’s travel habits have made headlines recently. Per The Washington Post, the singer is reportedly threatening legal action against Florida college student Jack Sweeney, who has used publicly available data from the FAA and flight signals sourced from individual aviation enthusiasts to track Swift’s private flights and post social media updates about her travel.

Sweeney told CNN he only received notice from Swift’s attorneys after public criticism of the carbon footprint the singer produces with her private flights.

“I actually think Swift has some good songs,” Sweeney said, but “I believe in transparency and public information.”

Private jet flights have been criticized for their “disproportionately high” impact on climate change. Sweeney’s accounts often name and shame their famous passengers. In 2022, the accounts were cited in an analysis that estimated Swift was the “biggest celebrity (carbon dioxide) polluter” of the year.

A representative for Swift, however, told Business Insider the singer purchases carbon credits to offset the jet use.

Swift is expected to use some form of private flight next weekend when she travels from a concert in Tokyo on Saturday to Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas on Sunday.
