If you had $3 million burning a hole in your pocket, what would you do? If you were Texas attorney Thomas J. Henry, you’d gather up two dozen of your family, friends and some lucky employees and fly them all out via private jet for an epic Super Bowl weekend.
While Donna Kelce and Christian McCaffrey’s mom Lisa both said they thought they’d be watching their sons play from the stands due to the expense (don’t worry; they didn’t), Henry, a class action personal injury lawyer, immediately scooped up a “seven figure” suite (sources tell us it topped out at $2.5 million) and a block of rooms at the Las Vegas Four Seasons for his crew.
Even before Super Bowl 2024, Henry and his crew were living large: Flying from San Antonio to Vegas in private jets, shacking up in $3,00 a night rooms at the Four Seasons, partying at the Sports Illustrated party at the Fountainebleau and dining on steaks at Peter Lugers.
During the game, Henry — who represented victim’s of Travis Scott’s AstroWorld concert — sat with his girlfriend Evelyn Crossland, son Thomas and team members including Vice Presidents of TJH law Laurie Dobson, Ruben Herrera and Roger L. Turk, president of legal operations, in stadium seats, and were served wagyu tenderloin, huge shrimp cocktails, king crab fried rice, chicken and waffles and sushi by a private butler.
The suite, which had a midfield view for perfect viewing, also came with a private bathroom, a never ending bar and multiple TVs.
“The Super Bowl is a fantastic experience all around. From the game to the halftime show to the crowd, I can’t think of any other event that matches the energy of the Super Bowl’s energy — especially for the first time in Las Vegas,” Henry said.
“The weekend is made even better by the fact that I am able to share it with some of my firm’s most dedicated attorneys who do so much for our clients and their families.”
After sampling the wagyu steaks on hand, Henry mused, “This is even better than Peter Luger!”
Henry is no stranger to massive blowouts.
In 2018 he dropped $10 million on a party celebrating his firms’ 25th anniversary, which featured performances by Maroon 5 and Enrique Iglesias. That same year he also spent $5 million on his birthday party which saw Cardi B and DJ Khaled perform.
