(NewsNation) — The FBI’s Atlanta field office confirmed a man rammed into the front gate of the facility shortly after noon Monday.

The incident happened at the employee gate, and the man was subdued by agents inside the gate.

The FBI said nobody was hurt and the man was taken into custody by DeKalb County police, who reportedly took him to the hospital for a mental evaluation.

Agents and bomb techs checked the car as part of standard procedure. The FBI said the motive is unknown and has not released any additional information.
