ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — Florida began feeling the effects of Hurricane Debby over the weekend, leading to heavy rain, flooded streets, and thousands without power.

While flooded streets might not be suitable for vehicles, another unlikely traveler managed to find their way through St. Pete’s streets.

WFLA viewer Don Dewit shared a video on Facebook showing him catching catfish as they swam through the flooded street.

“Catching catfish out on the streets in St. Pete,” Dewit wrote.
