(NewsNation) — Ukraine is celebrating a surprise attack that has put them in control of nearly 400 miles of Russian territory in the Kursk region. Former U.S. Ambassador to Russia John Sullivan, author of “Midnight in Moscow,” says Russian President Vladimir Putin’s pursuit of war “is coming back in a big way to hurt him and embarrass him” as Ukrainian troops overtake Russian territory.
