(NewsNation) — Parker Short went viral for his dancing at a Kamala Harris rally. Attending the Democratic National Convention, the Georgia delegate told NewsNation this election is about choosing between “hope” and “hate.”

Short said he’s been involved in Georgia politics since he was 15 and is hoping to reach out to other young voters.

“I don’t care how liberal or conservative you are, you should love this country,” Short told NewsNation. “Donald Trump is fundamentally not a patriot. He is undermining our Constitution at every single turn.”

Short said patriotic Americans should not vote for someone who is trying to tear down the country, which he contrasted as a choice between hope and hate.

“Now is the time to invest in this country, not to tear it apart,” Short said.

As for whether or not he would be dancing some more, Short said it’s likely.

“I was with my fellow young delegates of Georgia at your Georgia delegate party with our very special guest Lil Jon,” Short said. “I was with Lil Jon last night, and we were singing from the windows to the walls.”
