(NewsNation) — Anne Vanker, whose 18-year-old son Flynn MacKrell died when his friend Kiernan Tague crashed at 105 mph in a 25 mph zone, said the incident “wasn’t an accident” and “could have been prevented 100%.” Vanker tells “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” that, while Keirnan Tague faces second-degree murder charges, his mother, Elizabeth Tague, should also be charged as “an accomplice” for giving her son a powerful car in which he chronically broke speed laws.
