RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A man who worked for a Food Lion in North Carolina was found dead in the grocery store’s supply freezer, the Raleigh Police Department reported Tuesday.
Police said they were called to the location on the 4500 block of Capital Boulevard in Raleigh where employees found their co-worker.
An officer said the investigation ruled that the man had a medical emergency on Monday night before dying inside the freezer.
No foul play is suspected after an investigation by police as well as OSHA and other labor and safety authorities.
