President Biden on Monday afternoon is slated to deliver remarks at the National HBCU Week Conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The Annual HBCU Week Conference is a three-day event that highlights historically black colleges and universities in the United States and aims to help connect federal and private resources to the HBCU community.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Raising the Bar: Where Excellence and Opportunity Meet.”
The event is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. ET.
