HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. — After more than 12 years on the market and a significant price reduction, the mansion Michael Jordan put on the market on Leap Day 2012 has reportedly potentially found a buyer.

The 56,000-square-foot property went under contract over the weekend, Crain’s Chicago Business reported. WGN has reached out to the longtime listing agent for confirmation and further details.

Jordan originally listed the property for sale at $29 million but reduced the price to roughly $14.9 several years ago. The home, known as Legend Point, has nine bedrooms, more than a dozen bathrooms, a basketball court and what a 2013 auctioneer called a “gentleman’s retreat” — including the original doors from Chicago’s Playboy mansion.
