Scott Peterson resentenced, possible break in Indiana double murder of girls

CHICAGO (NewsNation Now) — Nearly 17 years after being sentenced to die, Scott Peterson was resentenced to life without parole Wednesday during an emotional hearing in which family members of his slain pregnant wife, Laci, called him out for the killing in 2002 and his apparent lack of remorse.

Mark Geragos, who represented Scott Peterson in his 2005 trial, and podcast host Adam Carolla join “Banfield” to discuss. Former prosecutor and defense attorney Michael Cardoza also joins the show.
