(NewsNation) — Scarlett Wactor, the mother of “General Hospital” actor Johnny Wactor, tells “Banfield” that the charges levied against the four men at the scene of his death are “incredibly disappointing.” Only one of the four suspects has pleaded guilty so far, and he will likely only spend around two years behind bars for the actor’s death.
