(NewsNation) — NewsNation’s Alex Caprariello recorded never-before-seen video of the backyard where the three Kansas City Chiefs fans were found dead.
The bodies of David Harrington, Clayton McGeeney and Ricky Johnson were discovered outside the home of their friend Jordan Willis, two days after they had gathered there to watch a Chiefs game.
The video reveals the chair where one victim, Harrington, was presumably found, and the patio where the other two men were found.
Police haven’t determined a cause of death but at this point, they say they don’t suspect foul play, leaving many to speculate online that drugs have played a role in the deaths. Investigators are waiting for a toxicology report.
Willis’ attorney claims he fell asleep after saying goodbye to his friends and remained unaware his friends’ bodies were laying outside his house for two days. He added that Willis is heartbroken over his friends’ deaths.
Jennifer Marquez, Harrington’s mother, told NewsNation she had a message for Willis.
“I believe Jordan does know. And I’m asking Jordan to please come forward and tell the truth because he does know what happened that night … He’s the only one that can give all of our families some peace.”
Linda Johnson said Tuesday on “CUOMO” she questions how Willis wouldn’t have heard somebody banging on his door or breaking into his home.
“I don’t know why he would hear the police and not hear the people that had been there just prior,” Johnson said. “It’s like he’s acting, he’s just trying to seem like ‘I didn’t hear anything before this, and now that the police are here, Oh, I suddenly hear everything that’s going on.'”
Investigators say they don’t suspect murder.
