(NewsNation) — Mica Miller’s father, Michael Francis, told NewsNation host Ashleigh Banfield that he believes “the same things that occurred” during John-Paul Miller’s first marriage “occurred during Mica’s marriage.”
Mica Miller, John-Paul’s second wife, was found dead of a gunshot wound in April. Police ruled her death a suicide, but details have surfaced about her marriage, divorce and multiple calls to the police about her estranged husband’s actions.
Court filings contain allegations about the infidelities of pastor John-Paul Miller, including an affair with Mica Miller that began while she worked as a nanny for the children of John-Paul and his ex-wife, Alison Williams. The filing also alleges that John-Paul Miller hired prostitutes and was “sexually inappropriate with several underage female members” of his church, Solid Rock Ministries.
“It just seemed to be like no big deal for John-Paul to suddenly say, ‘Let’s go grab a prostitute after dinner.’ Just nonchalant,” Francis said Wednesday night on “Banfield.” “The process of looking for somebody to do that … is so baffling to me that he does this. I don’t have details. I just know it occurred.”
The family of Mica Miller continues to call for more investigations into her death.
