NEW YORK (PIX11) – Thousands of people reported issues with Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, on Thursday afternoon, according to Downdetector.

Just before 12 p.m., over 2,000 people had reported issues with Microsoft 365.

Reports of Microsoft issues started increasing after 9 a.m., Downdetector showed.

On Thursday morning, the company said it was investigating issues for European users but had not yet addressed the reported issues in the U.S. The problem could be related to memory management, Microsoft wrote on X.

Microsoft Teams also experienced technical issues on Wednesday, with some people unable to join meetings, according to the company.
