KANSAS CITY, Mo. (NewsNation) — Video obtained by NewsNation shows the chaotic moments when shots were fired and fans scrambled for safety Wednesday following a shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade.

Several shots can be heard being fired as the crowd of thousands began to scatter.

Police said one person was killed and multiple people injured, including children.

During a news conference, Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves confirmed the death and said at least 22 others had gunshot injuries from the shooting, which happened outside of Union Station.

At least three people have been taken into custody.
