(NewsNation) — While Jennifer Lopez isn’t going to Las Vegas for her residency, she may be the only one.
“With everything going on in the world, this is likely the last year. For large international travels (for Americans),” my Vegas insider said.
“Vegas is beefing up its shows and expects a record year for American and international tourists.”
“It’s just a lot easier for artists to have their fans come to them than travel the world going to the fans. It’s easier on their personal lives — they’re not away from home and family for months at a time — and it’s more cost-effective as you don’t have to pay hundreds of roadies to truck your set around to every city.”
As of now the acts for 2025 are:
– Christina Aguilera and Jason Derulo have residencies at the Cosmopolitan and Venetian
– Bruno Mars, Mariah Carey, and Maroon 5 are at the MGM
– Celine Dion, Carrie Underwood, and Janet Jackson will be at Resorts World (a fact I announced months ago)
– Blake Shelton will have a short run at Caesars Palace in February and Rod Stewart is also expected to play.
– Barry Manilow will be at the Westgate Theater
– Shania Twain at Planet Hollywood
– Lionel Richie at the Wynn
– Keith Urban at the Fontainebleau
– Adele will remain at the Colosseum
Meanwhile the Sphere is said to be courting Lady Gaga and Beyonce.
