HAGERSTOWN, Md. (NewsNation Now) — Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden said on Tuesday he and President Donald Trump should not have their scheduled debate on Oct. 15 if Trump still had the coronavirus infection at that time.

President Donald Trump told Americans “don’t be afraid” about COVID-19, in a video recorded shortly after returning to The White House Monday evening, after spending four days at Walter Reed Medical Center.

On Tuesday, Stephen MillerPresident Donald Trump’s senior adviser and speechwriter, became the latest in Trump’s inner circle to test positive for the coronavirus.
