A magistrate judge denied bail for music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, ordering him to remain jailed while he awaits trial on charges including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. Criminal defense attorney David Gelman discusses why Combs’ defense team may have a difficult time convincing a jury that the victims were consenting adults. Combs’ lawyers are appealing his bail denial, but Gelman says there’s “no way” a judge would reverse the decision.
