Newly released bodycam footage shows a Texas officer rescuing a woman after her car plunged into a pond. The woman also experienced a seizure behind the wheel. Officer Chuck Cobb says he thanks God that he was put “in the right place at the right time” to save the woman because she possibly wouldn’t be alive if she had waited on EMS.
