(NewsNation) — Former President Donald Trump is facing multiple investigations, the most recent one a civil lawsuit by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Radio host Erick Erickson says it appears Democrats are trying to keep Trump at the forefront “of the Republican mind” to possibly hurt the GOP’s chances in the upcoming midterms and the general elections in 2024.
