(NewsNation Now) — World War I started over far less than what may be about to happen in Ukraine. The country’s president is saying war is likely by this time Wednesday. He has since walked that back a little bit, but the point is real: war is almost certainly upon us. Ariel Cohen, a nonresident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council and author of “Russian Imperialism: Development and Crisis,” weighs in.
