Tim Walz’s selection for Kamala Harris’ 2024 ticket at first, favoring Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro or Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly. But Rivera thinks his first appearance as the Democratic VP pick has helped ease worries ease worries among the rank-and-file, despite some of his far-left policies that could sow discord later down the line.
