Chargers News: LA's Super Bowl Odds For 2024 Are Ridiculously High

The Los Angeles Chargers are entering the new season in the top half of Super Bowl odds.

Super Bowl 58 is in the books. The Kansas City Chiefs are the champions once again. However, that's yesterday's news. The page has turned to the 2024 season, and it's even too early to start thinking about next year's Super Bowl champion.

The odds are out, and your Los Angeles Chargers find themselves with the 12th-best Super Bowl odds, according to FanDuel SportsBook

The Chargers are listed at +3000 odds to win Super Bowl 59.

They are tied with the New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, and their neighbors, the Los Angeles Rams.

The Bolts bolstered their coaching staff, notably with the addition of head coach Jim Harbaugh. Harbaugh also brought a whole new coaching staff that will surely strengthen the Chargers on all three phases of the ball.

It won't be easy for the Bolts, as they have the defending champions, the Kansas City Chiefs, in their division, who are showing no signs of slowing down. On top of that, teams in their conference, like the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, Miami Dolphins, and the Houston Texans, hold better odds than the Bolts.

These odds will rise or fall after the draft and free agents sign. Hopefully, for the sake of the Bolts, it rises as we hit the spring and summer days.

It is a bit strange to think about the Chargers being #12 while they have a cap room situation to deal with and a number of free agents that are likely to be cap room casualties. Either way, the Harbaugh effect is real.
