Sincere McCormick is a member of the Las Vegas Raiders' deep running back room who is still waiting on his first real chance to sign in the NFL.
McCormick was first signed by the Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2022 before spending the entire 2022 campaign on IR.
He would make the most of his 2023 preseason, rushing for 57 yards and a touchdown while also recording a receiving touchdown. McCormick posted those two touchdowns in his 27-yard rushing performance against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1 of the preseason.
Even so, McCormick was only signed to the practice squad for the 2023 season and never appeared in a regular season contest.
The Raiders would sign McCormick to a reserve/future contract last month. His one-year deal is worth $795,000.

McCormick had himself a stellar college career before the NFL during his three seasons at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). The young running back led Conference USA in total rushing yards with 1,479 on 298 carries. He totaled 15 rushing touchdowns as well.
McCormick was named the Conference USA Offensive Player of the Year and an all-conference First Team honoree for that 2021 campaign. He was also named to the Football Writers Association of America and Phil Steele All-American Second Teams, as well as the Associated Press All-American Third Team. McCormick was named a Doak Walker Award semifinalist for both that season and the 2020 season.
In that 2020 campaign, McCormick rushed for 1,467 yards, the second-best mark in the FBS. He was honored as the Conference USA Offensive Player of the Year and an all-conference First Team selection for that season as well.
From February 27 to March 4, 2024, the NFL Scouting Combine will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind.
The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
