Steelers QB Search Becoming Worrisome

The Pittsburgh Steelers have some major questions to answer about their quarterback situation.

PITTSBURGH -- With the Super Bowl now over, the Pittsburgh Steelers have officially begun their offseason and there is one position on everyone's minds as a pivotal year arrives for this franchise.

The Steelers know they need better quarterback play and have some options to explore as they try to find the player that can put them over the top with new offensive coordinator Arthur Smith now in place.

Mason Rudolph, who led the Steelers to three straight wins to close out the regular season, is reportedly not interested in returning to Pittsburgh next season. So where do the Steelers turn if Rudolph is not an option?

Former Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill has been a hot name to follow and his past success with Smith in Tennessee has some believing he can revive his career for a second time in Pittsburgh.

Another quarterback with connections to Smith - the Falcons' Desmond Ridder - could also be on the trade block and a target for the Steelers as they look for an upgrade at quarterback.
