NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) has finished its investigation into whether Mizzou student Riley Strain was overserved alcohol while visiting a Nashville bar.
The TABC report found that after numerous eyewitness interviews and surveillance footage, Strain was not visibly intoxicated when he was served alcohol at Luke Bryan’s ’32 Bridge Bar’ in Nashville.
In March, Strain was thrown out of the bar and later disappeared in downtown Nashville.
His body was found several days later along the Cumberland River. An autopsy found Strain drowned as a result of intoxication.
The 22-year-old was in Nashville for a fraternity event.
