An Indiana university is offering free tuition next year to qualifying students
EVANSVILLE, Ind. (NewsNation Now) — Administrators from the University of Evansville in Southern Indiana announced a new grant that would make tuition free for some students.
Qualifying freshmen enrolling for the fall of 2021, can apply for the “Aces Opportunity Grant,” NewsNation affiliate WEHT reported.
The grant is open to students whose families earn less than $50,000 per year, earn a high school GPA of 3.25 or higher, are eligible for Indiana state grant funding, live on campus and file the FAFSA by April.
