KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs star tight end, Travis Kelce continues to make great moves, on and off the football field.

Kelce and Kodiak are working together to donate 25,000 meals to Kansas City youth. Kodiak is a breakfast company known for its high-protein, whole-grain breakfast products.

Hundreds of families will receive hot breakfasts provided by Kodiak and Travis through Operation Breakthrough, an afterschool program for under-resourced youth.

“Joining forces with my friends over at Kodiak to fuel the Operation Breakthrough families is a total privilege,” Kelce said.

“Alongside Kodiak, a brand I love, we will be making a meaningful difference in the day-to-day life of hundreds of Kansas City kids, and I couldn’t be more excited to make this happen.”

According to a press release, Travis Kelce invested in Kodiak in 2022. The tight end is a fan of the products and also believes in Kodiak’s mission to fuel an active lifestyle and inspire more nutritious eating.

Together, Kelce and Kodiak are dedicated to encouraging kids to get outdoors and seek adventures, beginning with a healthy breakfast that is rich in protein and made from 100% whole grains.

“We are thrilled to work with Travis and an organization that is near and dear to his heart,” Val Oswalt, the CEO of Kodiak, said.

Kelce has worked closely with Operation Breakthrough on initiatives like the creation of the Ignition Lab, which is powered by Eighty-Seven & Running.
