Video: Ohio ambulance lifted from ravine after crash
OAKWOOD VILLAGE, Ohio (WJW) — An ambulance in Oakwood Village went off the road, causing lane closures Thursday morning. It was then lifted from a ravine and then taken from the scene.
According to the Oakwood Village Police Department, crews responded to the scene of the accident at Interstate 480 West and the Broadway Avenue/Forbes Road exit.
It’s not clear what caused the crash or if the ambulance was transporting anyone at the time.
The ambulance was eventually lifted up and over the railing of the roadway. It was then put onto a flatbed truck and taken from the scene. Video from the scene can be viewed in the player above.
No injuries were reported and no other information has been released at this time.
