According to the police department, the sign pictured to the left, was initially reported stolen on Aug. 14, 2024. In 2022, when the sign was stored behind the Dairy Queen during a remodel, it was stolen for the first time and then returned to its stored location.

Upon its return, officials said the sign was mounted to the side of the building and now it has been stolen from that spot too.

Anyone with information into the sign’s disappearance is asked to contact Mineola PD at 903-569-6294.
