Police: 4 wanted for public ‘sexual performance’ at Texas business
McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Four men are wanted by police after a “male performer” had sex at a McAllen business while it was open to the public.
According to a news release, police investigated a “show” at an unnamed McAllen business located at the 1700 block of Dallas Avenue. The neighborhood is home to a number of bars and restaurants near downtown in the city’s historic business redevelopment area.
Police said that on Aug. 4, an adult male performer engaged in “deviate sexual intercourse,” while the business was open to the public.
Police identified four suspects through the investigation and social media posts.
Arrest warrants were issued for the following men:
Name: Diego Rodrigo Barros
Charge(s): Public lewdness, Prostitution
Description: 38-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet 11 inches in height, black hair, brown eyes.
Name: Dionicio Luna Aguirre
Charge(s): Public lewdness
Description: 40-year-old Hispanic male, approximately 5 feet, 9 inches in height, black hair, brown eyes. Resident of Mercedes.
Name: Mark Anthony Watts
Charge(s): Tampering with evidence, promotion of prostitution
Description: 51-year-old Hispanic male, 6 feet, 2 inches in height. Resident of Pharr.
Name: Alvaro Costilla
Charge(s): Tampering with evidence, promotion of prostitution
Description: 31-year-old Hispanic male. Approximately 5 feet 7 inches in height. Resident of Pharr.
