(NewsNation) — Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping are set to meet this week to sign joint declarations.
The Chinese government said Xi will visit Moscow from Monday to Wednesday. The visit comes after the International Criminal Court charged Putin with war crimes in Ukraine.
